40 games, one console, cables, two controllers, one original memory card, and did I mention one of the games I got was Shemue? I also ordered Sonic Adventure 1 and 2, may arrive next year.

How is it broken? I know many wacky techniques on how to fix Dreamcasts. Most involve opening it up and rubbing parts.

Sounds more than slightly sexual...erm I mean sensual.

Anyway while we're on the subject

1. Did you get Skies of Arcadia? If you did not you are epic fail rating +9

2. I have a Japanese dreamcast that the controller ports suddenly stopped working on. Any ideas on how to fix it, as I haven't been able to play VOOT for about a year, I'm feeling deprived.

1. Of course i have, since the UK release.

2. Seemly like a complicated problem. I tracked down this FAQ from Gamefaqs, http://db.gamefaqs.com/console/dreamcas ... repair.txt
You've probably already seen it, but i'll get back to you if i find anything else.

Skies of Arcadia wasn’t also released for the Gamecube? I’m desperate to get Gamecube games...

Anybody know how to fix a Dreamcast that doesn't spin up? I'm thinking it's the power board from what I've read on the net, but I cannot find any instructions on how to fix it.

Dude, Dreamcasts cant be fixed, because you cant get spare parts anymore. Your best option is to buy a used Dreamcast. Or get a used Gamecube, many Dreamcast games where ported to the Gamecube...

Or you could try getting an original Dreamcast bios image and use Chancast…if you have Windows XP.

PS: I got An original Sonic Adventure for da Dreamcast!
