Sonic Pocket Adventure Puzzle Pieces

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to ask this, but I recently got ahold of Sonic Pocket Adventure and I need help getting all of the puzzle pieces.

I've been using this guide to get the ones I can't find, and I have the same amount he does:

But he is missing three. And since you guys are the smartest Sonic fans available on the internet concentrated in one single place, I was hoping one of you might know where the last three puzzle pieces are.

Dude! He's pencil sketched out the level designs for the later stages! It gives out this "game developer sketchbook" vibe. Awesome!
