Man, no wonder the kid is so messed up, if for christmas he gets old stuff like gameboy instead of DS or PSP.

Man, I want a PSP.

I'm pretty sure she did. In the <a href="http://www.heraldonline.com/109/story/9901.html">Herald article</a> which was linked from the Smoking Gun article that none of you bothered to actually read, it says:
She said the boy likes attention and has a history of bad behavior. He has shoplifted from stores and stolen money from her, she said. The boy has also been inching toward expulsion from school, she added, and even punched a police officer last month. He was arrested for disorderly conduct in that incident.
This kid's got some goddamn issues and the arrest wasn't about the Game Boy.
