I just finished exams. I beat formal education. The last guy was hard. It's all over. I can do anything I like with the rest of my life.
Any suggestions?

Work like you don't need the money, love like you've never been hurt, and dance like no one's watching.
Hey, you asked.

Go find someone, fall in love, and live a mediocre but comfortable and warm life. That's my dream.

If you're alergic to chocolate, go with Skittles.

Novel writing is good, but let the writing itself be the goal, not the completion of the work.
And don't feed the aardvarks.

Did you ever do that write a novel in 30 days or whatever thing that you posted on the front page awhile back?

Of course I bloody didn't. I hyperventilated and passed out.
I like to blame my friends for it, who talked me out of it at the last minute.

Don't go to college. It's an utter waste of time.

I guess you mean our equivelent of university, though, which I otherwise have every intention of going to at some point.

It's true. And despite what you've been brought up to believe, a degree means jack squat in the pursuit of gainful employment. If your parents are rich and you know the right people (and I know your parents are rich), you can do whatever you want regardless of your education, talent, or general competence.

I start Electrical/ Computer Engineering at "University" in just under 6 weeks. I'm planning on living up to the "rich bastard in 10 years" proclamation in the GHZ credits page.

How old are you Bo? I start college in about 7 weeks, I was thinking about double majoring in Physics and Computer Science, but I am a very lazy person.

18. You haven't decided your major yet? I'm signed up for classes and everything. I just don't know where I'll be living, the dorm to which I'm assigned isn't built yet.

Nope I have not, but I am pretty sure I'm am going to do that. If I decide not to double I'll just stick with Physics. I go to Orientation on the 7th and that is when I sign up for classes.

The most common major for first years students is "Undecided." Don't worry about it, LS. Society puts too much pressure on kids to figure out what they want to do for the rest of their lives. Choose too quickly and you'll likely end up with a choice you don't really like. I mean, yeah, SOME people get to be geniuses, but we're not all that lucky.

Well I like Physics, I have no idea what kind of career it would lead to, but I don't think that far in advance. I plan on finding a large sack of money on the side of the road and never working again. You can't major in finding bags of money though.
