Listen the only forum I got "officially" banned from is Sonic Stadium. All others either my frikkin computer won't let me in or the site got shut down. But I just saw that the Sonic Planet is back up...besides you guys are little too much "mighty" and not enough "high" if you know what I mean. Later Bung-hole!

THE UNIVERSAL WAY OF DRAWING PICTURES: SEE, OBSERVE, COPY, MEMORIZE BASIC STRUCTURE, DRAW, ERASE, DRAW...AND SO FORTH. For Sonic, look at every Sonic pic you ever seen and start there or look for a how to draw Sonic section for a more advance, yet easier way to start.

I'm not saying it's bad...it's a little better than when I started on Paint when I was 10. Cool looking Super Metal Sonic and I luv the bad ending...the perfect way to finish off the craptacular Archie comics and reboot continuity

It's actually just a speed effect in absence of speed lines. Besides have you ever seen The Flash; his costume got lightning bolts on them but when he moves, they come to life. It's like that...sorta
