Let me guess, they are the "goofy, yet loveable" villians that appears upon the heroes from time to time in the most unexpected places for a humorous reaction from the audience.

I miss Dark Falz. Hell, the giant mish-mash of PSO bosses that was Episode 3's final boss was more interesting than these guys.

real villians? The major badguy is usually either lounging around in their loft ordering goons like the guys pictured above or sealed in some mysterious temple until a greedy idiot release them in a mad quest for power.
