Not me, I am of the opinion that it is highly unentertaining. I watched the first few episodes, impressed by the mech designs (you gotta respect a robot that flips out little struts from its ass so it can sit down!) and cool warfare shown in the first episode, but from there it got all weird and hard to follow and boring. it really doesn't sound bad at all (considering how many other animes are sometimes weird and hard to follow) but I take the fact that I just couldn't even bring myself to pay attention (and I consider myself a fairly attentive person) to suggest that it may not be for everyone.Can anyone recommend it?
If you watch it and decide you like it then I will be happy for you.

Why not download a few episodes and decide for yourself? If you like it, you can buy it (if you feel so obligated) without risk.

Not that I quite gave it an honest shake, but it always seemed profoundly boring to me.
