Hasn't this whole "Greece vs. Electronic Games" been going around for some time now?

That's hilarious. They're so incompetent at finding "illegal betting machines" and so desperate to get rid of them (seriously, since when was gambling such a major crime) that they ban forms of games whatsoever? Ho ho ho. So what do people do there for entertainment?
However, that is pretty old news. Just look at that article date. I remembered hearing something about that a while ago...

Why don't all these anti-gaming people go live there instead?

Yeah, but this place has been dead for the last couple of days...
I'd love to go there with my GameBoy. No games, just the 'Boy. Or, better yet, the DS, see what they think of Pictochat.

It's old. That law has since been repealed.

Why are they wanting to ban gambling machines anyway?
Oh yeah, governments have to protect people from things they might enjoy.

In case all the hairy Greek men bet it all on red and then their hairy Greek children won't be able to eat and their hairy Greek wives would leave them. Social strife across the board.
If only the fruit machines actually dispensed fruit? At least then the kids wouldn't go hungry.

If I remember right, there was big trouble for american touristss with Game Boys while that law was still in effect.
