I haven't heard anything about Miho being on there. There are a couple of tracks (I've got it now) where there are singers that COULD be her, but it's hard to know.
Del is defintely not on there. But then, he was only on two tracks on the original album. I think the plan was always to have a revolving stable of rappers... Del was just available because of his connection to Dan the Automator. There are a bunch of other rappers on here, though, and most of them are pretty good, if not as distinctive as Del was. On the whole it's not a particularly rap-heavy affair.
I'm not sure what to think yet. I really like a few tracks, but a lot of them seem to flow by with no impact... you know, in that sort of non-descript, bland electronica background music kind of way. Musically, it just feels a lot less varied then before. I think a lot of the problems stem from the percussion. Danger Mouse's relentless thumpy beats certainly dominate more than they could have.
It might just take me a few listens to appreciate.
