I usually shy away from cereal for breakfast, I am not fond of flakes of grain that become mush, I prefer meat, fruit or leftover food (sadly I must follow a low-sodium diet lest I want to swell up with water or have my kidneys commit suicide, thus I rarely get to eat bacon) but my local mennonite food store (not to be confused with Amish) sometimes has all natural coco, peanut butter, fruit and graham "bumpers" (spheres) quite cheap and are absolutely delicious, minus the hydrogenated stuff (not that Hydrogenated stuff does not taste good of course).
ANY WAY, I went through a period where I found that you could put Mexican seasoning and/or meat in UNSWEETENED oat meal and it tasted excellent. Also I have a special place in my heart for cap'n crunch, all variations.

Yes. Come to think of it, I think that's the reason I stopped eating cereal in the first place. Don't you hate it when they force that "The cereal adds flavor to the milk" shtick on you? I mean, it's just extra sugar, that's not nearly enough.Ngangbius wrote:I was annoyed that my father also made me drink the milk from my cereal bowl when I was a little kid. ><
Also, my dad bought my nephew a box of Double Chocolate Cookie Crisp. I think I'll give that a try right now.
