It's too bad Mario Kart: Double Dash sucks.
I hope to god that Nintendo doesn't ignore online play in the next generation. The DS' Wi-Fi capabilities are promising though, so maybe they're starting to warm up to the idea of online gaming.
I never said MK:DD was any good, I just said it was the only one worth getting a LAN together for. It's actually quite fun with 16 people (which we did).
Where are you gonna find two people with a GameCube, Double Dash and a Broadband adapter? I think there are maybe 15 people in the country with all that.
By the way Squirrel, once you do get Xbox Live and start playing PSO online go to Davurbite Block 10. Everywell else is so horribly corrupted that its like playing in Normal mode with a group of 150's.
Who's bright idea was LAN? As far as I can understand, you need to connect two GameCubes together with one cord.
Whatever happened to just plugging two more controllers into the fuckin' box? Is that out-of-date now? Am I out of the loop again? What's gonna happen next? The Macarena's gonna come back into style?
LAN is the best if you can get more than four players. I've never attempted Mario Kart LAN because, well, everyone that lives around here shares the same comtempt for that game as I do, but 16 player Halo LAN is better than religious fulfillment. Me and my friends plan to buy Halo 2 at launch and get a huge LAN going as soon as we can tear the shrink wrap-off.
Personally, I think LAN enabled games are pretty neat, but they're never a substitute for online play.

Yeah, that's true, but I would also like to play Halo with my online friends that live all over the world. Together we can kill those 13 year old jackasses, it took 6 months to get old in Mech Assault, so I think it will be quite enjoyable in Halo 2. What I really wanted was the co-op campaign on Xbox Live, but apparently it wasn't possible.
I just don't like playing with little kids in general. I was a faggot when I was little. I think everyone was. There is something that happens at some point between middle school and high school where (some, most?) people transform from dicks into normal human beings.
There are a few online "friends" that I don't mind playing with, and now that our graduating class has scattered a few RL friends that I can't system-link with anymore, so Live certainly has it's appeal.
You keep on saying that. How big is it anyways? I need to know, now. You've piqued my curiosity.
Myself, I lean towards the smaller side - only 5 inches. 1 inch below the norm, supposedly. I don't consider myself being small, but I'm not as big as I'd like to be.
Off the penii talk, I can beat Dark Falz on Very Hard Online by myself (other guy I was with dropped immediately after we started the first form) with my lvl 80 FOmarl.
Lvl 30 Barta for Falz's 2nd form.
And just Lvl 30 Foie the final form like a madman with Lvl 29 Deband, and Resta after every hit. And Tri/Di/Monofluids on my entire back menu.
Yay for being average at 13.
And if your penis is affecting your posture, it's time to get it trimmed. For the love of god, C3PO can't even stand up straight!
I've never measured my penis, but it's DEFINITELY not five inches erect. I don't have a ruler or a tape measure here, so I can't measure it right now...
Since we're in a literal dick-measuring contest, I'm actually 7 to 7.5. Yes, inches. And no, I'm not joking. Obviously there's no way to tell unless you all came over here with a ruler, but I wouldn't be making that shit up. I mean, that's lower than saying you beat the Carnival Night barrel without a FAQ.
