He's talking about Howard the Duck, the first Marvel character to get a movie. It was directed by George Lucas, of all people.
Now, this merge means he COULD meet with Donald. I can't bother to imagine it, tough.

I know how Howard is. The irony here is that Howard used to bear a huge resemblance to Donald, prompting Disney to file a lawsuit. Eventually Howard's design was changed accordingly, including a pair of pants.
