Well, it's nice to see another Vs. title coming, which hopefully will open the door for some of Capcom's more recent, post-MvC2 characters to make their fighting debut (as if MvC2 didn't have enough characters as it was). I mean, Phoenix Wright, Dante, Amaterasu, anyone from Power Stone (woefully neglected, innit?), maybe a Lost Planet dude, somebody from Onimusha, Mega Man ZX characters, blah blah blah blah blah...

You can NEVER have too many Capcom characters squeezed into a single Vs game title. I'd like to see Power Stone, as well as Tech Romancer, and other forgotten 1998-2001 Capcom characters in this.

But I don't know anything about this anime company aside from what I've learned here, and I can't help but wonder how many characters it'll be contributing to this. Capcom probably won't put in more than that, which may not be a lot.

From the numerous franchises they have helped to produce, the only ones I'm almost completely sure will be left out are Macross/ Southern Cross/ Mospeada (that is, Robotech), Video Girl Ai and Evangelion*. Ai was originally a Katsura manga, and Robotech and Eva are now owned by Bandai, particularly the former. If anyone could develop a game around those two franchises, that would be Namco.

And I need for this game to feature Dante and Joe. It must.

* Barring stuff like Pinocchio, Cinderella and Robin Hood, of course.

The reason he's called Rockman, is because he was originally just "Rock" when Dr. Light made him. Light gave him a sister named Roll, and after Dr. Wily went insane, Rock became a super hero and added the "man to his name.

Anway, I sure hope this game comes to America. Though I have this nagging feeling that it won't.

Quackshot was the only Sega Disney game I played, I can't remember it past the first two levels though. I did have Mickey Mania by Sony, or Virgin, or someone, which was a pretty decent platformer. There was apparently some Fantasia game also, but I have no clue what that was like. Oh, and then there was that SNES game by Capcom, which I think got a port and two sequels for the GBA, right around the time the Gamecube platformer came out. THEN there was that kart-racing one by Rare, and now there's rumors that Warren Spector, the creator of the Deus Ex and Thief games, was hired by Buena Vista to create a new 3D Mickey game. Or something.
