I must disagree; a stoned individual would eventually get tired of watching the WC.Be it "Weather Channel" or "Water Closet" :P .

My father watches the Weather Channel a lot. From what I can tel, Hurricane Katrina gave them a huge boost. Footage of that is like pornography for weather afficionados.
