I'm still trying to get over the part about having to pay a grand to have your wisdom teeth removed.

It's surgery, man. Expensive shit.

I had to pay $70 to go to the dentist's office and have the doctor tell me that, wow, your wisdom teeth need to be removed! You have an infection! Here's a prescription! And another one! See you later!

NHS is crap, I waited for five, yes, f-i-v-e years to get my teeth fixed although they cause me no pain. In the end I thought "screw it" and just fucked them off.

No, I had to wait five years for what was thought to be a serious problem.
Nowadays, a grand is quite easy to earn so if I needed it I would certainly go private.
