Not only does Shadow have a gun, now he also has a bike.

Here, incidentally, is an observation.

Sonic the Hedgehog 1 release: 1991. Sonic Adventure announcement: 1998. (Seven year difference.)

SA1 announcement: 1997. Shadow the Hedgehog announcement: 2005. (Seven year difference.)

Amount of progress made between Sonic 1 and SA1 (at least in technological/creative terms): loads.

Amount of progress made between SA1 and Shadow: :(

I don't know if a simple :( is enough to describe such as it is.

I guess that's not such an entirely fair observation, though, since I'd still consider this lot of consoles to be part of the same generation that the Dreamcast gave birth to. In that respect, this generation has been going for seven fucking years... I can't wait to move on. It's been a really long time since I've been genuinely wowed by a video game making a tremendous and obvious leap from what's been seen before. I think the only example I can give from the last four or five years is Half-Life 2. (Can I take this opportunity to once again remind everyone to play that?)

It's been far, far too long since a Sonic game has looked good graphically, though.

He's got guns and he's got motorcycles. Give him that unshaven stubble look and he'd be all set.
No, now Shadow needs Adamantium Claws to "snickt" out of his knuckles. And a cigar.

What's to compare? They are both forms of shameless licensing.

Well, the Flash did want his own superhero vehicle. But only so that he'd have a place to bang chicks.

He doesn't need a place to bang chicks, he could do it in the street. It would take him, like, a yoctosecond.

Wouldn't the friction caused by doing it so fast....like, really hurt? I mean maybe the Flash could take it, as he's built to withstand friction, but I imagine the girl would have a serious case of rug burn.

I doubt the Flash even asks for permission. It's not like the girl's getting any pleasure out of .01 seconds of sex, anyway, even though most gals might be used to guys squirting fast...

And he's not even getting any LOTR out of the deal.

You think The Flash has ever tried to do something constructive with his life? Maybe like serving as a mail carrier?

I don't think it's meant for driving. Think of it as a bludgeon.

Yeah, but you can say that about almost any 2D to 3D update 14 years ago. Mario 64 was a big leap but Sunshine was not. Because then they had a lot more to change, now they just have motor bikes and stuff.

Also, I bet Hitler did kill some Jews himself. He must have killed at least one or something, I mean, all those Jews dying and he just sits there. "No, I'm not gonna kill any, that's the SS's job. I'm just here to greenlight the project, they can have all the fun." Somehow I don't think so.

Also, the Super Mobile, is a spaceship, which he would use, because he breathes air and so can't fly through space.

Also, did anyone know the Flash can vibrate his own molecules and those of things he's touching that they kind of disassemble and he can go through walls?

God damn it, I'm just so clever.
