You know who else was strong? Hitler. And that didn't make him right.Lizard wrote:Godwin's Law is as strong as ever.
Not only does Shadow have a gun, now he also has a bike.

Here, incidentally, is an observation.
Sonic the Hedgehog 1 release: 1991. Sonic Adventure announcement: 1998. (Seven year difference.)
SA1 announcement: 1997. Shadow the Hedgehog announcement: 2005. (Seven year difference.)
Amount of progress made between Sonic 1 and SA1 (at least in technological/creative terms): loads.
Amount of progress made between SA1 and Shadow: :(

I guess that's not such an entirely fair observation, though, since I'd still consider this lot of consoles to be part of the same generation that the Dreamcast gave birth to. In that respect, this generation has been going for seven fucking years... I can't wait to move on. It's been a really long time since I've been genuinely wowed by a video game making a tremendous and obvious leap from what's been seen before. I think the only example I can give from the last four or five years is Half-Life 2. (Can I take this opportunity to once again remind everyone to play that?)
It's been far, far too long since a Sonic game has looked good graphically, though.

Yeah, but you can say that about almost any 2D to 3D update 14 years ago. Mario 64 was a big leap but Sunshine was not. Because then they had a lot more to change, now they just have motor bikes and stuff.Popcorn wrote:Amount of progress made between SA1 and Shadow: :(
Also, I bet Hitler did kill some Jews himself. He must have killed at least one or something, I mean, all those Jews dying and he just sits there. "No, I'm not gonna kill any, that's the SS's job. I'm just here to greenlight the project, they can have all the fun." Somehow I don't think so.
Also, the Super Mobile, is a spaceship, which he would use, because he breathes air and so can't fly through space.
Also, did anyone know the Flash can vibrate his own molecules and those of things he's touching that they kind of disassemble and he can go through walls?
God damn it, I'm just so clever.
