It would have been great if it was actually titled "Street Fighter IV Dash: The Sequel to Street Fighter IV."

I hope they finally reveal that T-Hawk's full name is Thomas Alexander Hawk.

Admittedly I wouldn't use him, but I would've liked Alex to be in SFIV', if only because I want more remixes of "Jazzy NYC". God damn is that song awesome.

But at least Dudley is in, so there's SOME justice in the world. Now he can show that uncouth Balrog how to box like a gentleman...

Dudley? Out of all the Street Fighter III characters they choose one of the most redundant? Would've preferred to see Elena, or even Rainbow Mika from Alpha 3 for the sheer ridiculousness of the character.

Isn't it about time another Street Fighter 1 character got a make-over too? Maybe Geki or Lee?

Dude, Dudley's like the best character in the game except for Chun-li or Yun and Yang. I would like to see Oro myself, but I think I might be the only person in the world who likes him.

I hope they add a few more frames of animation to those horrible sweatshop opening/ending movies.

More crap:
* The game's title has been changed to Super Street Fighter IV.
* The 2 New Characters are:
** Hakan, an Arabian grappler
** Juri, a Japanese henchwoman.
* Guile has Sonic Hurricane
* Everyone has two Ultras at once. No selection. Commands don't overlap.
* One super, two ultras. Except Sakura, who has Shinkuu Hadoken back for 2 and 2. All 3S characters have all three of their supers, except one is super and two are ultra.
* Rufus can cancel-break the last hit of Spectacle Romance, or the launch kick of Space Opera Symphony.
* Guy has his chains
* Dudley now has ten target combos, up from nine in 3S.
* Cody is the only character with an Alpha Counter. Yes, he has the knife.
* Makoto has her super as Tanden Renki. May be possible to activate with an Ultra charged to commence the rape time.
* Gen gets a new air Ultra. He still doesn't hage his chains back at this point.
* Juri's top may bear a vague resemblance to Shiki, with a bit of Hinata hair.
* Expect the return of the many familiar supers, and a few new ones like Metsu Shoryuken. Return of Kikosho, Sonic Hurricane, Denjin(Gouken), Tiger Cannon.
* Return of the bonus stage.

Any mention of bringing Seth's strength down to the realm of reason and human dignity?

I have to ask - Gill vs. Seth. Which is the more ungodly-insane final boss? I've fought Gill, but not Seth, so I'd like some comparison.

Imagining Seth with a special move that makes all his health come back makes that a pretty easy call.

There are going to be new cutscenes for all the characters, but who knows if they've just improved the animation or just changed the story . . .

Wouldn't mind a source for all these leaked factoids.

These guys, among several others.

You can pretty much see from that picture that Capcom really doesn't even seem to be trying to keep this under wraps.

Yay, THawk! And Seth's henchwoman Juri (who is rumored to perhaps be Gouken's lost daughter)!

So Cappy finally officially announced it, all the leaks are true.

Stuff we didn't know:
* The game will be a stand-alone game, but will be budget-priced ($40ish, I'd guess).
* You get extra crap if you have a regular Street Fighter 4 save - a bunch of extra costumes, I suspect.

Should I drive myself bananas trying to unlock Gouken if I'm going to have to do it all over again when the new one comes out?

Hey, it's Super Street Fighter IV: Ryu Grows Some Seriously Wicked White Hair Edition (or SSFIV:RGSSWWHE for short).

On another note, BlazBlue is also getting an update in the form of Continuum Shift. http://game.watch.impress.co.jp/docs/ne ... 17465.html

Unlockable content is fine and fun, but the way Street Fighter IV had it, with multiple requirements over a single arcade playthrough, was really annoying and gay.
