You mean the pleasure model?

It's really scary to think what such a robot would be capable of, considering it has Metal Sonic's power.

Have you ever had a hummer, Arcade? If so, did your parents give it to you, or did you give it to yourself?

Gameplay footage of Mario Circuit and Radical Highway courses.

Looks like they're making a bit more effort to take advantage of the crossover this time around but I'm still not convinced about the overall quality of this game so far.

That actually looks pretty fun (assuming the video was slowed down).

If they were to jetison the whole Oylimpics thing and concentrate on dream stages, the result would probably be a lot more interesting.

Yes, and then focus on Silver's relationship with Birdo.

It's kind of weird that's it's an olympic game with only two competing universes.

Though I imagine they'd be reticent to let Bomberman into a crowded political event.

I propose we ban Kogen from the forums, effective immediately.

Considering that they've made a DS (i.e., a portable you can easily take anywhere) iteration of the game where one mode has you actually saying "bomb" into the microphone, I don't think Hudson knows what terrorism is.

Plus Bomberman is really popular in Japan... anyone has watched the anime?

From the October 2009 issue of Nintendo Power:
  • 27 events, 20 characters in Wii version
  • Snowboard half-pipe and four-on-four ice hockey
  • Dream events: alpine skiing, ski cross, snowboard cross, snowball fights (there's obviously not a realistic version for that last one)
Also, for the DS version's "Adventure Tour":
In this mode, you'll control Mario and Sonic as you attempt to rescue the Snow Spirits that have been captured by Bowser and Eggman. Along the way, you'll face off against other competitors and recruit them to your team, enabling you to use their abilities (each character has different stats) against challenging bosses.
I'll upload the screenshots in a bit, but the Adventure Tour shot has a map on the top screen mostly obscured by fog (though I can make out a Mario-style cannon), with labels displaying "Dream Island" and "Sparkleton". The bottom screen shows a top-down view of Sonic jumping (apparently from the spring below) across a chasm - the other side contains a Toad and some Warp Pipes.

I can't believe they considered San Francisco and an archipelago of tropical, fish shaped islands the best location to host skiing and snowboarding races.

It'd be too much trouble for Sega to recreate Ice Cap Zone and Cool Cool Mountain. Even if the latter is already in 3-D.

So yeah, the first game really didn't hold my interest at all, but for some reason, this one actually looks kind of fun. Here's hoping they don't royally botch it up (although they probably will).

"Sonic Team, ambitious to expand beyond its traditional furry market, attempts to court vore fetishists in its groundbreaking new game Mario & Sonic at the Winter Olympics."

"Sonic Team: Always realizing new profitable frontiers"

On a more serious note...

They do this with the decidingly temperate Mushroom Kingdom as well, simply smearing snow on the racetrack. You know, a winter version of the same old course might be nice...

Nah; despite all logic, I'd prefer them just to slather ice on the track itself. All the realistic tracks are set in the winter, and white trees and snow-covered dirt gets boring after a while.

Also lol fursuits.

There's an Eggman saved on my system. If I put that in an Eggman costume what does that make it?
