Has anyone who's played/playing Chain of Memories noticed the glaring lack of Deep Jungle?

That was like, my favorite world! It was a jungle with wild animals and monkeys and a slide! And Tarzan was pretty sexy! Why take it out and replace it with Twilight Town?

I'm guessing that the Edgar Rice Boruoughs group didn't let them use it again. Since Deep Jungle and it's inhabitants are the only things in the original Kingdom Hearts thare are not A) Owned by either Square or Disney or B) In the public domain.

This is an outrage!

Licensing would have taken a sizable chunk out of the game development budget. I guess Square wasn't willing to put up the dough so that one stage could be recreated.
