Hurl whatever insults you must for me still using 800x600, but on that res now all the profile info is compressed too much and avatars are bulging out into posts.

I'm beginning to agree with the sentiment towards right-side profiles, so far as putting them on the left is technically clunky for this skin and not the old one.

No one should use 800x600. It doesn't matter how old you monitor or pc is. NO. ONE.

I use 2062x1406. It's like staring at an ant farm.

I didn't even know such ridiculous resolutions existed.

Also while I still support the right side, if the avatars do stay on the left now at least put them in the middle of the miniprofile thing.

I agree with GG! & Cuckooguy. Long lines of text are painful to read on a larger view area. (That’s one of the reasons why newspapers have columns.)

Plus, with a fixed width layout, the extra space surrounding the layout directs your eyes to the content making it much more comfortable to read.

Fuck that shit, 2048 × 1536 is the best stupidly-high-screen-resolution nowadays (2560 × 1600 for those with wide screens and slitty eyes), it renders my whole desktop absolutely useless.

Also, the only instance where 800 × 600 is worth being used is with 14 or 15 inches monitors, anything beyond that must use 1024 × 768 or higher.

I know, right? Well, while things are getting done, why not ask away? It just might get considered! So here goes:

Is there a point to having the time the user joined at on the side profile? I'd think the date would suffice.

Also, the thing breaks in post preview mode. Even though profiles aren't displayed, the whole body is shifted towards the right.

Actually, I just punched my keypad twice and put an "x" in the middle. There's no such thing as 2062x1406. I use 1280x960.

I could go up to 1920x1440, put it's like staring at an ant farm.

I use 1440x900 and the forum looks almost okay. It's just a bit long, but not so much that it's a bother.

Well of course it looks okay, it's not like it's a screen full of Goatse or Lemon Party or anything, but it would look better if it was trimmed into some nice columns. Unfortunately, our fearless leader's vision has clearly been impaired by all the rat liver wontons he eats or maybe he just went blind spanking to Mao Zedong porn.
