Yeah, but he is nutty as STC Charmy, so is ok, even if the game sucks halft as much as that Atari ET game.

I quite like the eccentric Sonic Heroes Charmy. I don't understand all the hate.

I think it has to do with the voice, which is grating in both Japanese and English.

Neither voices really bothered me, they were good enough fits.
The only problem I had was that he wouldn't shut up, but that was the same for every character in Sonic Heroes (and Shadow the Hedgehog too apparently). At least with Charmy it seemed a bit more "in character".

The Heroes Charmy made me laugh. The Shadow Charmy made me turn off the sound in the store's tv for the remainder (remainer/whatever) of my play.

Really? Am I the only one who perferred (God forbid) 4kid's version of Charmy over Heroes? I guess it's mainly how he sounded more then anything else since I felt Heroes made it seem Charmy was a small bee with a high pitched woman's voice while the other one had a more childish feel.

Charmy's Japanese voice is too adorable to hate, IMO. ;_;
