Shadow the Hedgehog Manual Scanned

Post by Professor Machenstein »

Xose of SonicOnTheNet has provided us scans of the Shadow the Hedgehog manual, specifically for Gamecube and PlayStation 2. Pick at it as much as you want. There's no spoilers, only gameplay stuff. Have fun.

EDIT: Whoops, I accidently linked to the character artwork. I corrected the link now.

Commander
The highest-ranked commander of the GUN(Guardian Units of Nations) federation forces. With complete confidence and an iron will, hi is the cornerstone of the force. He is known for his "heart of stone," and remains totally unshaken even as the Black Arms attacks the planet under his watch. For reasons known only to him, he harbors a deep hatred of Shadow. He is one of the few who knows the secret of Shadow's past.
ANGST!
Access the Pause Menu, or use the control pad to switch between Dark, normal and hero missions. When a dark or hero mission has been selected, the requesting mission character will travel with shadow assisting and recommending actions in line with the mission goals. Mission progress will also be displayed on the left or right side of the screen.
Good news. You can turn off your partner by selecting neutral on the menu.
Hero Shadow and Dark Shadow
Hero energy cores. Dark energy cores.
If attacked, 10 rings will be dropped.
Gaaaay

Haha, Sean Schemmel is in it, I'm surprised to see a non-4kids voice actor. I wonder who he's playing and if it'll sound anything like his Goku/King Kai.

Huh, so it looks like the PS2 version will have the option for Japanese dubbing, while the GameCube version won't.

A STC Commader Brutus clone, only that he hates Shadow?

That image of Gerald and Maria looks like shit. They completely changed his appearance.
Maria, who was like a sister to Shadow
Sucks to be the Maria/Shadow shippers.

God damnit. I'll have to pre-order the PS2 version then, assuming I end up buying the game at all.

Someone has probably already said this (I haven't really been following along), but the Black Doom guy looks like friggin Wizeman.

You float around in the air and have no bottom half?

Actually, that makes sense.

Actually, Sean Schemmel has been part of the 4-Kids pool for a few years now.

Heh, like that's going to actually stop them from continuing to create Maria/Shadow fanworks.

If anything it should increase the flow of said fanworks.

I've never actually seen a Maria/Shadow fanwork. Perhaps because I never look in the places that may feature them.

I'm pretty sure it's because Nova screwed up the quote function, so while the stuff Frieza was quoting are in "quote" boxes, Frieza's own comments are not.

INTERNETS!

Well, yeah. I've never seen it. Should I be proud of myself?
