6. Sonic Advance 3: 8
Sonic Advance 1: 7
Sonic Advance 2: 1
Sonic Pocket: 1
The love for SA3 is a bit puzzling.
To tell you the truth, I don't think all of the Sonic Advance games are all that great. I just feel that SAdv3 is the least problematic among the three.
Oh yeah, Knuckles is also my favourite Sonic "friend". I also liked Charmy on the Chaotix team...
I don't understand why so many people like Metropolis? It's probably my least favourite zone from Sonic 2 and pretty close to the bottom of my least favourite zones overall.
1. Retro Japanese Sonic
2. S3&K
3. Green Hill, Aquatic Ruin, Quartz Quadrant, Flying Battery and Lava Reef.
4. SA1
5. Speed Highway, Lost World, City Escape, Radical Highway and Sky Rail.
6. Sonic Advance 1
7. Angel Island, Music Plant
8. Knuckles
9. Metal Sonic (CD version)
1. Which Sonic design is your favorite?
The original Akira Watanbe illustrations featured on the boxes and manuals of Sonic the Hedgehog, Sonic the Hedgehog CD, Sonic the Hedgehog 2, Sonic the Hedgehog 3, and Sonic & Knuckles.
2. Favorite Genny Sonic?
Sonic the Hedgehog CD.
3. Favorite Genny Sonic levels?
Labyrinth Zone, Tidal Tempest, Stardust Speedway, Metallic Madness, Chemical Plant Zone, Mystic Cave Zone, Launch Base Zone, and Sky Sanctuary Zone.
4. Favorite Sonic Adventure games?
Sonic Adventure.
5. Favorite Sonic Adventure zones?
Twinkle Park, Speed Highway, Final Egg, Pumpkin Hill, Sky Rail, Ocean Palace and Hang Castle.
6. Favorite Sonic Advance game?
Sonic Advance 2.
7. Favorite Sonic Advance zones?
None really spring to mind.
1. Tough choice, I like them all, except for the American cover art. But I will go for the original Japanese art.
Perhaps the suggestion to fuse all styles together isn't a bad idea...
2. I like all of them, but Sonic 1 is pure magic to me.
3. Favorite zones, let's see...
- Spring Yard zone
- Labyrinth zone
- Starlight zone
- Chemical Plant zone
- Casino Night zone
- Wacky Workbench (I don't get the hate for that level)
- Stardust Speedway
- Carnival Night zone
4. SA1, hands down.
5. Favorite zones...
- Emerald Coast
- Speed Highway
- Windy Valley
- Twinkle Park
- City escape
- Final Rush (the lack of love is puzzling)
- Metal Harbor
- Green Hill
This seems a good way to introduce myself while avoiding that frightening intro thread...
1) f. It's a tough choice, but Sonic Adventure style is more fun to draw.
2) d. S3&K. Cliche, perhaps.
3) Hidden Palace (ha!) because it had the most story. And Flying Battery for gameplay in general.
4) b. SA2. I won't even go into details.
5) Pyramid Cave springs immediately to mind. Metal Harbor, Hot Shelter, and Pumpkin Hill were good, too.
6) c. SA3. Better levels and gameplay. And thank god for Jump Dash.
7) Route 99, Sunset Hill, Cybertrack, and Chaos Angel. Did I mention SAd3 had better levels.
8) b. Knuckles. Hooray for brashness!
9) c. Shadow. I'm sorry.
1. Which Sonic design is your favorite? c. Anime Sonic
2. Favorite Genny Sonic? b. Sonic 2 (I was about to vote for CD, but when you think about it, that game had some horrible level design at some points. TTZ, WWZ and MMZ spring to mind)
1) Anime Sonic (Gems collection was hardly the ideal way to lose my SCD virginity, but the animation sequences are spectacular!)
2) Sonic 2
3) Star Light, Chemical Plant, Mystic Caves, Oil Ocean, Lava Reef, Sky Sanctuary, Quartz Quadrant, Stardust Speedway
4) SA1
5) Windy Valley, Twinkle Park, Sky Deck, Lost World, Green Forest, White Jungle, Egg Fleet, Final Fortress
6) SAdv1
7) Egg Rocket, Ocean Base
8) Knuckles
9) Metal Sonic (SCD)

Heh. First mention of a Knuckles' Chaotix level I think. I thought about them when I picked my favourite levels but none really stand out for me. Speed Slider was kinda cool but not as fast as it could have been. The other levels were so-so. Not great but not really bad either. Amazing Arena was pretty original.
Of course I'm the only one who voted for a Chaotix stage. It takes a man of refined taste to appreciate the caliber of such a fabtabulicious game. Oh, and it had Vector in it.
