Atari 2600 trouble...
My step dad recently brought home his old Atari 2600 console. Trouble it, the power chord he brought with it isn't compatible with the console.

I know the picture is a bit blurry, but maybe it'll help. I need to know what kind of power chord is compatible with the system. The socket is a small, silver hole with no prong in the middle like most sockets.

Download the rom and discover. As bad as E.T. is, it doesn't especially stand out from the other droves of awful 2600 games. It only gets special attention because of the desert burial thing. (They didn't just simply bury the things, either: they crushed them to pieces, buried them, then covered the lot with a slab of concrete.)

Well if that was a whole lot of trollop: I can't even stretch ET's neck. I can just imagine confused children trying to figure out what to do while parents get angry on how they spent 40 bucks on something unfaithul to the movie. Of course I can think of other games I'd rather have buried in a desert but then again it was a matter of overconfidence that ruined ET.
