To my knowledge, most Japanese artists draw them with arms, and the 'slot' somewhere on the inner belly. I think that's how one of them drew a female Shenlong, anyhow.

Wang horribly warped to be stuck in man's own anus. Or vagina. I couldn't tell, and I didn't look at it very long.
