It means idiot, dumb, anything like that. Oh, and we can understand Catalan and Portuguese fairly well. Well, only understand...

For those who do not understand what are we talking about:
Castellan is the original name for the spanish language. The catalan is another language, and it is spoken to the east of Spain (Barcelona is a city where they speak catalan, btw).

(damn, I learned English three years ago and haven't practicied since then, and I still feel like a moron everytime I try to say something in english)

Yo tengo la "Master system" a secas, es decir la mejor. La dos no tenia el slot para targetas pero incluia los anteojos 3D.

I never had one, but my cousin's Master system 1 was the first game console I met in my life, and the reason why I always liked Sonic, even buying only Nintendo consoles.
