Didn't they recently discovered some new kind of spider and officially named it "John Wayne" or something?

Re: Loud obnoxius critic reviews Sonic cartoons

That said, Sonic does seem to have a supernatural pension for inspiring impressionable minds. Maybe the new art style is just more inclined in that direction than other cartoons, appealing to something subconscious. Sounds reasonable, but what the hell could that special "something" about the Sonic...

Nah, it was just a theoretical example. See, your name is well known around here, and being used in sensationalist stories with zero basis in reality is just one of those downsides to fame that you simply have to put up with.

Re: I didn't send it in, really!

Yeah, there appears to be remarkably little "real" friction between members on this forum. Which is ironic considering how insults sprinkled with four letter words and "ur mom" kinda occupies the same role here as "hi guys!" does on most forums. But perhapes that is actually the reason why people ge...

Re: A Midget versus a Klepto Monkey

I hope the crew behind the new Gadget series put some effort into the music in their show (unlike the infidels behind Gadgetinis ), since the soundtrack was one of the original series most memorable aspects. Personaly, i just love the action-variation of Penny's theme. Unless you feel uneasy about v...

I think this new Gadget has potential. When i picture it, i imagine some Powerpuff Girls/Kim Possible-esque comedy-action toon.

Re: I didn't send it in, really!

I beat 360, heroes and unleashed but I never played shadow. Should I pick it up just for laughs or is this game so bad it is still not funny? If you were able to play through Sonic 06, then yes, you are able to play through Shadow. I actually kinda, sorta, in a way, kinda enjoyed Shadow... Err, but...

Re: New Sonic Vinyl Figures

Oh my God, that Tails one makes my eyes a bit wet, and i dont really know why. Is it the cuteness? Is it the nostalgia? Is it just plain simple "I WANT IT NOW!"-frustration? Either way, that's the most awsome piece of Sonic merchandise to come out in like.. forever. Yeah, i honestly think it is.

Given that's how the nostalgia cycle works in comic books and other geek mediums, probably. Four more years and the 8-bit retro craze will be dead, replaced by "16-bit gaming was hardcore" fanwank. Im looking forward to when the 90's nostalgia wave kicks in, if only because 80's nostalgia is really...

Re: The return of "I Have Fury!" and being in your enemy's body.

Sorry for bringing up the being-inside-Bowser aspect of the game again, but i just can help but feel just a little bit uneasy about that. Because so far, the Mario series have made an excellent job of avoiding "gimmicky" storylines (an amazing feat for a series with so many games in it), and i sure ...

A mario-ish mushroom, but blue?

You know, i think this actually could be the countdown to that as-of-yet imaginary game which the mere thought of were enough to provide the worlds nerds and children with wet dreams back in the early 90's.

Wait, Sonic Adventure? Lack of quality? Are you refering specifically to the DX version? If so, then what makes that version so much worse than the original game? And if you are not refering specifically to the DX version but simply to Sonic Adventure... well then, like, are you... you know... speci...

I'm considering Sonic Chronicles non-canon for the time being. Wait, what? But you consider all Sonic games canon!
