From what I've seen, there's also the time where Tails doesn't remember Green Hill.

Emperor Omochao wrote:How many people can honestly say they played S1 or even S2 more than S3&K for example?
I can. I started with Sonic 1 and it's still the Sonic game I play the most. Although I think S3&K is better than Sonic 2, Sonic 1 is still my favourite.

So, it seems a retail PC version will be released in Europe later in November.

Everything went better than expected...

Re: Sonic Generations

It's coming to PC, unfortunately it's digital download only with steamworks . Does that really make a difference, especially the Steamworks part? If I want a retail version without unnecessary and obligatory installation of certain "programs", yes. It makes a difference. I never understood t...

Re: Sonic Generations

If there is a PC version at all, which is still MIA. Indeed. But I'm counting on it. Looking more likely , though that one again references the 3DS version improperly, unless the PC version is also going to support stereoscopic graphics. The console versions, not just the 3DS, will support stereosc...

Re: Sonic Generations

Why not any dlc? Because I don't want to pay for an incomplete game. If there is DLC, I hope the PC version is released some months later with everything in the same pack. "Original" as in the original Unleashed stage. Porting it to Generations would result in a nearly identical stage, since the me...

Hopefully there will be no DLC at all.
Radrappy wrote:what, why? It would be almost identical to the original. I mean look at spagonia. It's more or less a waste of a slot.
Which original? I've not seen any snow level on the game list, and I liked what I saw on Cool Edge.

Re: Sonic Generations

As for their servers, this can happen to just about anyone. If you stop using online services because you're afraid they'll break down, you'll be isolating yourself from a whole world of advantages. Indeed, it can happen to everyone. But not everyone makes the products they sell, hostages of the co...

Re: Sonic Generations

If you lose your Internet connection or the Steam servers go down while you're installing a game, just wait until it's fixed. As I said before, an internet connection is not something free or granted everywhere to be considered a essential requirement to install (and therefore, play) a game. Beside...

Re: Sonic Generations

As in when you install the game? Yes. I don't know about you, but I usually only install games once and it's usually only right after I've downloaded them. That doesn't sound too inconvenient at all. But I'm not talking about digital versions. Besides, if you want to install the game in the future,...

Oh, if it's only necessary for activating it just once then it's OK. I mean, you need an Internet connection in order to download the game, so you could activate it the moment it's finished downloading and from then on you're good to go, even without an Internet connection, right? Right. But the pr...

Re: Sonic Generations

Additionally, the Steam servers are unreliable and on more than one occasion Steam has outright refused to install a game I had paid for due to an internal error - I had to dig deep into the program's configuration files and basically hack the damn thing to work. Yes, that's another problem. Relyin...
