I hate Prince, but...

Prince's acclaimed performance included a guitar solo during the "Purple Rain" segment of his medley in which his shadow was projected onto a large, flowing beige sheet. As the 48-year-old rock star let rip, the silhouette cast by his figure and his guitar (shaped like the singer's symbol) had phallic connotations for some.

Are people ultra sensitive these days, or is it just me?

No, no, I COMPLETELY understand what's going on here, I just wanted to know why it's Earth shattering news.

Your first problem is hating Prince. What is wrong with you?

But Kitsune has a good point - what is your point, exactly?

This is usually the part where Del or someone posts that one picture of the pope with a computer. You know the one.

I think people are too uptight about this kind of thing. I doubt he even intended it to look suggestive.

There's a difference between a late-night TV show and a live broadcast that hasn't just been okay'd for all ages, but 'tis a widespread tradition for families to watch. Stack that on top of the fact that we had a nipple one year, and everyone's paranoid, and everyone wants to be the next whistle-blower.

BUT AT LEAST I SURE IS OUTRAGED THAT THEY LET TEH GAYS ON TV!!!1
