The Sig_shoppe expands

Post by Maco70 »

Now, this takes a little explaining.

I have been a member of the forums at OCR (over clocked remix) for a couple years now. I created the sig shoppe there, and I think it's time to expand.

What the sig_shoppe basically is, is a place for people who don't have the skills to make sigs, to get them. People have over time subbmitted generic sigs for use of the general public. They are organised by creator. In the case of this forum (without sigs) I hope to attract not only new sig artists, but also avatars. The avatars are fairly new, but I hope to get them to be just as plentiful as the sigs. The difference between avatars and sigs in my mind is that avatars will not be organised by artist (I want to keep them separate) and they must be 100x100 pixels or less.

Anyone is welcome to use or submit avatars or sigs. My only request is that is you do submit them, make it yourself. I don't want some random google crap, I want unique stuff. I will post a couple of examples below.
Have fun, and good luck to those of you who will try your hand at making sigs.

Now enter the sig shoppe.

This works better on a forum where you can actually have sigs.

people who don't have the skills to make sigs

I really can't get over how stupid that post was.
How long did it take you to come up with that one?

In case you didn't know, a lot of people are really stupid, or don't have photoshop. Welcome to the internet.

What's the "or" in that sentence? If they don't have Photoshop, they're too stupid for piracy.

There are two types of people on the internet—retards and assholes. You can tell the difference by their signature or avatar.

Please. Don't complicate things.

So you don't want random google crap, but it is ok to take a picture you didn't draw and cut out a 100x100 chunk?

I love threads that just ooze arrogance. Especially ones about making avatars!

The best part of this is that none of his example images couldn't be done in paint. It would take 5 minutes, tops.

Even idiots and people who don't have photoshop can crop an image in paint.

I dunno. I rather like my avatar the way it is.

It's like watching poetry. So many colors. So many emotions. I'm surprised I'm getting away with it.

When I say google crap, I am refering to stuff like this:

The same old gifs you always see all over the place.

Look at some of the sigs in the shoppe:

Avatars are brand new to the shoppe, and I hope to get stuff like the sigs in the avatars.

Also, people in this forum: !?
