Predictions for 2007

Post by cjmcray »

-Sonic & The Secret Rings will be the first Sonic game in quite a while to get rave reviews, due to the Wii functionality. Unfortunately, weeks prior, Sonic Team, having looked at all the negative reviews for Sonic2k6, says 'fuck it' and announces sequels to Heroes and Shadow.

-Spider-Man 3 will be #1 in the box-office, but get beaten out by Pirates the week after. Critics will point out that the fight scenes are poorly done, since GG2, Black Spidey and Venom are all black, and fight at night.

-The Simpsons Movie will be a showcase of everything wrong with the series as of now.

-The PSP will drop in price to $150, and a smaller model will be released around Christmas.

-The Transformers movie will be another Bay-tastrophe.

Sorry for the late edit. Forgot the crucial verb.

Sonic and the Secret Rings Plus for 360. You heard it here first.

Correct me if wrong, but isn't the "wii functionality" mostly just using the wiimote as a giant control stick? At least as far as the main game goes.

Don't you mean Sonic and the Secret Rings Plus for the PS3 seeing that the 360 lacks a motion sensitive controller?

No. He's saying that they could just make the Wii controls into controlstick controls, because the way the game works the motion sensative controls are just one big control stick.

Sonic will appear in a Nintendo game.

Someone is going to post scans of a Sonic “Asian comicâ€￾ and make us once more fell that the Occident version of Sonic is just screwed.

Greenland melts, but since the first areas to be hit are the Northeast, pollution continues anyway.

Well, no, but this has been the shittiest winter on record for us New Englanders.

I thought global warming caused massive snowstorms trapping beautiful people in a library in New York with wolves for some reason. So it must not be global warming screwing New England.

Second'd. Also, Sonic Next will be released on the PS3 to exactly the same reactions it received upon its 360 release. Exactly.

Sonic The Hedgehog 2 (for 360 and PS3) will be announced, released in time for easter 2008. It'll be the best 3D sonic game ever.

unless its not, obviously.

Indeed, it's just El Nino again, which occurs more frequently and powerfully now due to global warming.

I think this years going to have some awesome fighting games. for instance, virtual fighter 5, guilty gear xx accent core and supposedly a new street fighter game (and movie...) are coming out.

Anyways I predict I'm going to lose tons of money betting against my friends.

In Japan, obviously. I've yet to see one of these shows passing "uncut" on western television.

Holy crap, there's clips from a "Black and White" anime mixed in there. I loved Black and White! I didn't know it was ever animated.

This is what happens in a country where the porn is censored.

...perhaps we should start censoring our porn.

That video was morally wrong but for all the right reasons.
