"Shadow the Hedgehog" Art

Post by chriscaffee »

If this is old, then fuck me.

So a few days ago I was cruising through GameSpot and they had a link to their STH page and I decided to check out the screens. They only had 15 up but to my surprise, some of them weren't actually screens from the game, but from previous games with Shadow. Most noteworthy is a high-res image of Gerald and Maria the likes of which, I haven't even see on the Sonic Art Archive. The best part is that GS has been getting lazy because there are no logos or watermarks on any of the pics.

So here are the links.

Gerald and Maria (SA2):

Sonic and Shadow (SA2B):

I noticed this a couple weeks ago but didn't realize that these weren't available elsewhere. If not, then good find.

Wasn't the first one in the SA2 instruction manual? Of course, I don't think we've seen a high res version.

It was, but it was a really small pic.

All of the humans in SA2 except for Eggman and Gerald looked freaky.

Maria looked very cute in Sonic X, though.

Yep, it's on the instruction manual. Great finally having this on a decent resolution.

I really didn't like the humans on SA2, except for Gerald, Eggman and The President, all the others looked like zombies or/and weird dolls with ethnic stereotypes. The best humans on a Sonic game are on Sonic Heroes.

The weirdest looking human was the little blonde girl with pigtails in SA2. She looked like a linebacker.

I want to punch Maria in her enormous porcelain forehead. I'd do the same to Gerald but it looks like someone's already taken a crowbar to his.

Say, if you color that dent on Gerald's head red, the rest all black, and add a whole bunch of self loathing....

Gerald is Shadow!!!!!11one
