Eggman all the way, he's always been there, plus he single handedly creates a legion of robots that use animals as batteries for every game.

I vote for the Biolizard. I mean, Metal Sonic is an rival, Eggman is a mad scientist, and Chaos is an enraged god/divinity/whatever.
But the Biolizard...Gerald had a HUGE grugde against humanity, and he used it when creating the Biolizard:
"All of you ungrateful humans who took everything from me...
you'll be feeling my fear and despair, fearanddespair, fearanddespairfearanddespear, fear,
despair-
GYAAAAAAAAAH!!!"
Plus, Chaos would take at least week to destroy the world, while it would simply explode the instant the Finalhazard hitted it. Now THAT'S firepower.[/b]
Thats my vote, too.

It's so destructive, massive and powerful. It's completely uncontrollable, as it shoots down to earth at intence speeds, threatening obliterate it.

I voted for Metal Sonic because as a creation of Dr Eggman he only has one command to destroy Sonic. And in Heroes it brushed aside Eggman to destroy Sonic and co. There was something about a Robot Kingdom and a shitty Alien rip off. But my vote still stands.

Metal Sonic. He's got Shadow outnumbered and he should have had his own game title. Shadow is just a pathetic excuse for evil badassness. Metal Sonic was using this so-called "Chaos Control" (minus the freezing time thing) before Shadow was even a stroke of pencil to paper.

I think he's refering to the fact he "time travels" in Sonic CD.

How else do you explain seeing him in the past of the first two zones of every round wrecking havoc, capturing Amy in the present, as well as racing him in the future in Stardust Speedway? Either that, or Eggman made a hell of a lot of Metal Sonics.

By a hell of a lot you mean 3 right? Past, Present, Future.

He doesn't necessarily have to time travel for that. Eggman arrived in the past and started construction, which spanned into the future. Eggman probably didn't sit around to oversee it but he might have left Metal Sonic to supervise in his stead, which would explain his presence in all three periods. It's more likely that he warped around, but it's possible either way.

Besides, the Metal Sonic in the past was just a hologram that gets destroyed when you bust his projector. I don't think he was actually even created until the present.
Either way, he could theoretically travel through time with the Time-Stones like Eggman, but that's probably not even related to Chaos Control, not that I want to get into a discussion comparing the two.

Yes, that's true, but I don't get how the Space colony falling to Earth would cause a catastrope, all the times the Death Egg Fell to Earth there weren't any big effect.

The first time and second time the Death Egg fell onto Angel Island which was floating at the time I think.
Which makes even less sense.
As for the third time... I don't know.

I think it was mentioned in SA2's last story that the colony's core was unstable with the emerald's power, and the resulting explosion would be pretty big. Plus, the Death Egg just falled on Earth once, and the lack of chaos power (or whatever it is) just made it a chunk of metal.

A chunk of metal that size would take out an island the size of Ireland and disastrously fuck up the environment.

Where on earth did you get the size of Ireland from?

I can't really conceptualize the size of Ireland. It's like asking me to decipher an analogy based on the gross national product of Ghana.

Are we including Northern Ireland in this figure?
