I had the Model 1 Genesis until a flood destroyed it in 1994, after which my family got a Model 2. I got the Sega CD (the 2nd model) in 1995, followed by the 32X in 1996 (which broke in a few months). I bought another Sega CD a few years back when my old one wouldn't work anymore. My new one works fine.
