He's the man. Definitely my favorite musician (and that's his "Futuramafication" in my avatar). His first "real" album, Mellow Gold, dropped in 1994. This past tuesday saw the release of his 8th album, Guero (Mexican slang for "White Boy").

I'd imagine that you'd have heard at least a few of his radio hits, which include Loser, Devils Haircut, Where It's At, & Sexx Laws. The first single off of Guero, entitled E-Pro, is currently making its' rounds on the radio (at least here in the States).

Anyway, I have a good portion of the man's catalouge (+/- 380 songs, factoring in b-sides, alternate takes, rarities, bootlegs, EPs, remixes, covers, collaborations, and live stuff) so if you're ever curious to hear some of his work (and have AIM), feel free to hit me up.

I remember the first time I heard Beck. It was the preview music that came with WMP when I got my PC. Beautiful Way, or something. A little part of me died. It wasn't until later when I heard some more of his stuff that my intense hatred was quelled.

Why you got beef with Beautiful Way?

I'd do Beck in a second.

His music's OK, too.

Bo Diddley. Nice one. I expected you to have Jaco Pastorius or Frank Zappa but there you go. Diddley's a good 'un tho. Why not make it more obvious with a furry guitar.

Thanks, the square guitar gave it away though.
Omni gained +3 pts
Omni gained a level
Str+4
Acc+3
Mst+3
Vit+2
I believe ZZ Top got quite a bit of inspiration from Diddley.

That is exactly the problem. If the fans want a Shadow spinoff, then Sega/Dimps should shove him into the cast of the Advance series, and then go to lengths to make the level designs of the game good. There's no use in giving a angsty, pallet-swapped Sonic an entirely separate game series when it will play identically to the other standard Sonic games.
Hindsight, hey?
:)
