Didn't they do that enough with that "Project Segagaga...ga" thing?

Who, outside of Sega's most vapidly faithful, actually bought that thing? (Reading about it and laughing your drink out your nose doesn't count.)

This is really all you need from that game. That said, I would own it if I could read Japanese.

Correction, OCB: This, too, is required for the sheer bizarreness of it all.

That being said, Ristar, Astal, Sir Tongara de Pepperouchau III and Alex Kidd all in one shot, followed by the dragon from Panzer Dragoon, is the ultimate win.

Wait, wait, wait...

The final boss is Sega's past systems? Someone explain these events.

It was about time for someone to reply ZOMFG TORRENT PLZ!!1!11

As for the final boss, I'd prefer to fight against Dogma's past system, if you get what I mean.

Alis, Odin, Noah and Myau jumping to battle... Are you trying to make me cry here?

Shame about being jap only. I'd love to play this game just for the heck of it. This and Namco x Capcom, I mean, there's Burning Force there.

From what I've ascertained, Dogma somehow secures Sega's past consoles and plans to use them against Sega to destroy them through what might be the most blatant copyright violation of all time. Which means generic animé kid #165846 gets into generic spaceship #46164186489 and does battle with the stolen material.

I think I'm missing some information here, though - like how on Earth they stole this information to begin with. Of course, I can't comprehend Japanese, so I'm not the one to consult for that...

That's not a generic spaceship though, it's an old Sega arcade game, I don't recall what. I want to say G-Loc, but that might not even be by Sega.

Who wanted scans from me? There was no way I was going to waste money on the magazine. Nope, I let some other poor fool buy the thing, scan the relevant pages and post them on the internet:

Amy and Eggman are there but the last page with a small screenshot of Super Sonic doesn't seem to have been included. I'll check again and make sure it wasn't just a mirage

Now, now. From what I understand of rape, it's usually pretty rigorous.

I played segagaga till the "business simulation" part, then I downloaded a save from booyaka and watched all the videos, images and played the thunder force minigame in the gallery :D

Some of the text from that magazine is basically unreadable due to the brilliant idea of putting white text on top of white clouds.

Not that I was doing anymore then glancing through the damn thing anyway.

Wow! Until looking at those scans, I'd TOTALLY forgotten about Billy Hatcher. Like, I literally had forgotten the character ever existed. If you'd asked me to name Sonic Team's non-Sonic franchises, I'd have said NiGHTS, Burning Rangers, Samba de Amigo, Chu Chu Rocket, PSO.

I still haven't played Billy Hatcher yet. How bad are the controls? Were all the video game magazines just exaggerating how bad they were?

No. It was terrible.

Guess I'm glad I didn't buy it then. I saw it for sale for 20 bucks less than a year after it came out. NEW copies, mind you.

It can be had for less than a quarter of that on eBay if you get curious again.

Just looked at the magazine again today and the picture with Super Sonic is indeed there, however from what the magazine says he might not be a playable character... more a power-up for Sonic.

Speaking of power-ups, I noticed it say that you can hit power-ups around the tennis court. Like maybe the TV screens in Sonic's level for example...

Or, for that matter, for less than a quarter, period.

There are crap games that can go a cent on eBay.
