Finally! A female Sonic character whose age isn't divisible by 6.

And all of that profile contradicts everything from Sonic 360. Irony!

Shes one of the coolest characters to come in a while, plus her attitude is the best of all female characters.

Finally girls got a female sonic character to look up to, plus I hear shes the best character in Sonic 360.

Tikal's age was confirmed? Where? The Japanese Sonic Advneture strategy guide or something?

Anyone have any idea what the profile says? I'm interested in seeing if it relates to STH at all.

*Edit* Ahh never mind, nothing too exciting on there.

Holy shit, it's Silver. Big surprise. Really, I'm shocked.

For some reason his Google translated biography says that he is the organic form of Metal Sonic and he likes swords... Nice job on that, Sega.

Edit: Google is retarded. Anyway, here's the Babblefish translation

"As for the silver in order that the future world which is devastated is changed the porcupine which comes from future.
Super power is used, the fact that various ones are moved with サイコキネシス is specialty.

There is about to be easy to run a little, but being future is devastated, although being brought up, as for character being forward, the justice impression is strong.
In order that peace it recovers the world, he continues to fight."

Sega's saving that character for the next Sonic Game: A plaid character called Stabby the Hedgehog. He's Scottish, of course.

X-men beat them to that by making a character who's a goth East Londoner psychic zombie. Like Robert Smith distilled and with superpowers.

I just wanted to go with the most East London-y name I could think of.

. . . is this right? According to Chaos's profile, he's a mutated Chao?!

Yeah, that's been known since the original BradyGames strategy guide for SA on Dreamcast. It had all sorts of info, like the specs of the Tornado.
It doesn't seem to be common knowledge, though.

I find it interesting that while the past few SONIC CHANNEL illustrations (i.e. Silver, Jet) have been done in the semi-new, post-Sonic Advance style, the Chaos illustration looks like it'd fit in more with the old 1998 Sonic Adventure artwork.

He's like a parrot. He just repeats words he hears but doesn't really comprehend language.

This translation of the Japanese stragegy guide calls Chaos the spirit of water. What's this BradlyGames guide? Is there a scan?

I have it. It does go into a suprising amount of character detail, but the rest of the guide is ultra messy, badly written, and its' errors fluctuate between not being helpful, being blatantly wrong, or both. (Chaos 2's description: "This is the easiest form of Chaos. Simply hit him three times to conquer him.")

To me it brings back memories of a time where Sonic Team refused to use anything but those same damn six clip-art images for everything Sonic-related for the first three and a half years of his canon 3D existance.
