It wouldve been better if she was dark blue like a real Swallow, purple has been over used in the Sonic world.

But, she has a nice blend of colors so its ok I guess.

Yes, the series is well known for giving all of its cartoon animals accurate colours.

Yes, the series is well known for giving all of its cartoon animals accurate colours.

Speaking of which - is Tails the only one? He's the only one I can recall.

The original -cky animal friends are mostly accurate, though some of the small animals from the Adventure games are odd (green kangaroo, purple bear?).

Aside from Tails the closest colour matches out of the "big" animals would be Bark, Cream, Vanilla, Vector, Charmy and Bearenger.
