Cyber track was pretty much just an inverted Techno Base with gravity switchers thrown in.
Also, after hearing descriptions of the zones in the game, not one of them is an original idea, so you should probably rule out looking forward to something new.

I feel like one of the only people who doesn't really give a flying fuck about the change to 4kids. 90% of the original cast have absolutely no acting talent, at least the 4kids cast in general is far more experienced.
I would like to think most of the blame of 4Kids dubs lies within the voice direction since there are talented people in Taj Produtions(the voice acting company where 4Kids usually employs people from). But there are also people who just seems to be crap VAs...
I just realised something... who is in charge of the dubbing direction? It's common sense that the director is the one responsible for the final result. Maybe 4Kids had just lend their dubbers, and aren't involved with the whole dubbing process. And that might be good.
