Could they be down? I bet they are, since no one has commented on them.

I know I won't, unless people here and others on various message boards say that it is actually a "must buy" game.

Looking at the screenshots at Sega's site, looks like Eggman is a racer as well. In one of the shots, you can plainly see his arm behind Amy, plus on most of the track pics, you can see his symbol along with the other 7 racers. I guess Eggman's new American VA is off with a major start with this and Shadow.

Seeing that Eggman is my favorite character and finally seeing him do something besides sitting in that Egg-Mobile, this will be a treat for me. Pretty much the best thing since Eggman in SA2's Chao World?

We can only hope Eggman's top-heavy physique will factor into the game's physics.

He still might not be a playable character. He might just zoom around the stage throwing bombs at whoever's in the lead. :p

Have we seen what Xtreme apparel he's sporting? Is he actually going to wear those goggles on his head for once, or will it be a totally rad lip piercing?

Looks like he's wearing bell-bottoms. Either that or an unreasonably large pair of platform shoes.

Eh, looks intresting enough, but not a must-have by any chance though.

But Eggman as playable character makes me happy...if only for a little while...

Hey, this is just Trickstyle with Sonic characters in it! Same art-style and everything. Im not holding out much hope for it though. You'd think a Sonic racing game would be the easiest thing to do well, but they always come out shite.

I liked Sonic R ok! I can see why people who bought it as a full-priced Saturn game were pissed, especially when we were all still waiting for a real 3D Sonic game. But for a budget PC title it wasn't bad. The short length and disturbing soundtrack don't hurt so bad when you only paid ten bucks for the game.

Even with your Ninja-like editing skills, this distressing statement did not evade my eyeballs.

And now to fix it.

Sonic R pissed me off because if it didn't have crappy controls and the courses were longer it would've been like playing Sonic in 3d. But yes, the music was kickin' rad.

Sonic R was quite enjoyable on the PC, although at the time my PC could had to run it slow so I could of had more fun with it. And I still have fond memories of the soundtrack, and actually listening to it on my CD Player (You could play the soundtrack on a regular CD player with the PC version.)
