The top green banner says "Itoko," meaning cousin, and the one after that says "Fujio," which must be his name. Can't very well read the rest, though.

Well it looks like Fujio, only he...grew a mustache?
They are giving the cousins from the first game a more defined personality now?

Hey, whatever became of that Dual Shock thing? The last I heard Sony was forced to stop manufacturing them, which would mean that the ones currently on store shelves will be the last. If that's the case, the white dust would terrify me because it would be evidence of my slowly destroying an irreplaceable piece of hardware, but there are certain games you can't play without them, so...

What? Why would they stop manufacturing them?

Supposedly another company holds the patent to the dual shock.

Smilies are only for shallow thinkers who lack the mental facilities to express themselves with words.
I think Sony still intended to fight the court decision. I'm not sure what's going on with that at the moment, but yeah, if you want to be safe, grab a couple of extras. 'Twould be a tragic end to the single best control pad ever designed.

That's a moot point. Not the tragic end part.

Well I mean it would be nice if the actual console worked, too.

The dual shocks have not been pulled. Sony is appealing the court decision. And if they do eventually lose, I'm pretty sure they'll settle with Immersion rather than getting rid of the controller.

Yeah, nothing will been pulled until the ruling is final (which will be long after the PS2 is dead to never).
