The 2D Sonic games had physics in which you could only run on crazy surfaces if you kept going in your current direction with enough speed. If you were going to slow, or you tried to turn around, you'd fall.
Yeah, I'd like to see Sega make Sonic run on water as a level requirement in 3d. I miss that gimmick, it was only really touched in Adventure in Windy Valley with the gusts.
I'd like to see the water-skipping again from Sonic 2 on GameGear. You'd get a running start, roll into a ball, hit the water, and skip across it like a stone.
^They would have probably eventually filed for bankruptcy.
However, if the Dreamcast was successful then the marketshare between Sega and Sony's console could have been split near evenly. If that sounds a bit far-fetched then Dreamcast could have been in second with the Gamecube in third and Xbox in fourth. I based this statement on the amount of fanboy-ism and the perception of the companies during the early life of the consoles.
I also wonder who would be the character exclusive to the DC-version of Soul Caliber II?
Joe would be a good choice but he's sadly no longer recognizable, and I think Hotsuma'd mesh better with those other freaks like Voldo and Astaroth. Besides, Musashi can be his player 2 skin. :)
No, have Mushashi as an extra costume for Yoshimitsu (If present).
Otherwise, have Sparkster, he would kick arse and he fits the bill well.
Rocket charge attacks could be similar to Inferno's "King of Fear Attacks".
Double-S- wrote:You just defiled Joe Musashi by comparing him to Yoshimitsu.
True, Mushashi is much better than Yoshimitsu. He deserves his own character slot. I have no idea why I said Sparkster though, I must have been pissed on the Guinness.
