It's true, every time the crew tried to play Sonic CD on Sonic Mega Collection it had some audio and graphical problems.

Oh, Popcorn had this absolutely great shy girl wrapped around his finger and he wussed out in the end. I shall never forgive him for this, because much like a bitter father, I live through Popcorn's life and his success' and failures are my own.

Yes.

They had emulation problems. My guess is that SMC+ will have them.
Well Gens runs both Mega CD and 32X games with no troubles, and the author(s) isn't a pro, just does it as a hobby. So if they can do it, what's stopping a fully fledged professional unit emulating it, or even just port it so there's no need for emulation.

SMC+ from what I've read, isn't going to have any additional games, so unless they are being announced at a later date, it seems unlikely.

As Blaze said, time and possibly budget. One game on the collection isn't worth the extra few weeks in development to make it work properly.

I'd have Naka sign stuff then ask why in the hell he let Sonic become shit. After Sonic Advenure everything when to hell. I mean what's with the new games damn it. Give me a new Sonic the Fighters, a new Sonic R, a Sonic live action RPG, and an online Sonic game. You're milking Sonic too much and keep adding shitty crap that no needs or wants. All I fucking want is a game like Sonic 1 - Sonic 3 & Knuckles in 3D. That would be so sweet. I hope Sonic DS and that new 2D/3D game don't suck. I sure as hell could do a better job making Sonic games then the bastards working on them.

Bastard 1: Lets make them die for no reason.

Bastard 2: Yea and lets make them get a whole bunch of emblems so they can play the game in an even harder shittier mode.

Bastard 3: Lets take a way Team Blast!

Bastard 1: Yea that's a great idea!

Yuji Naka: Sonic forgive me please....

Sonic: Fuck you all!

I'm convinced that a Sonic game can't work in 3D. Why can't Sonic Team do what they did for Nights, or what Konami does for Klonoa? I mean, it could have 3D graphics. It just needs to be sidescrolling, because Sonic Team has no idea how to work a camera in a 3D game.
I read in an interview that Naka-san is strongly considering that. He stated that "to truly enjoy Sonic, it needs to be done in 2D."

I didn't know seeing that song determined your sexual preference. Oh and I'd hit him because that song would sound retarded with a Japanese accent.

I'd wait to see if he corrected the "I knew we was falling in love" part. It just grates my nerves.
