Everything I don't like that other people do like is overrated.

True, but I actually like having game-based shows to have stuff like that in. To me, it seems to lend a sense of..."authenticity" to the show.

Oh, that. I thought you meant sfx from the games were incorporated into the series.

I actually thought that the Live & Learn thing was badly done. They put the song in right as the fight scene is ending, and as Shadow (supposedly) dies, he has some little speech to Maria, but you can't even hear it becuase of Crush40 going YEEEEEAH LIVE AND LEEEEEEEEEEEEARN OH YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

Real somber moment there. :P

They really screwed up the SA2 adaption. I remember Yuji Naka saying that if the show was popular enough, he'd do a Sonic X movie. I think they would've been better off making the game adaptations into Sonic X movies. There'd be a bigger budget, so the animation wouldn't have been so bad, and they could've just retconned and used the Tornado 2 instead of the Tornado-X, since it wouldn't have to follow all the events of the series. Idk what they'd do with Chris, but I prefer he get a small role, like that of Pauly Shore's character in A Goofy Movie. (only being in the beginning and end)

Giving Pac-Man facial features and limbs was the worst thing they ever did with the character. (And yes, I am aware it's been that way ever since the original Puck Man arcade flyer.)

I'd say changing his name from Puck-Man was the worst thing they ever did with him.

In the backyard of the ESDI design school. Nothing risky. It was a proper place.

Some quick character design:

The second one needs a lot of reworking though, the body is nothing short of creepy

True that. It's like the Twilight Princess drawn by those people that drew tha Knuckles comics.

Ok. Sorry. It looks much better than that and it was extremely rude of me to insult your artwork like that.

I am starting a new flash cartoon omg. Lacks a few things I know (sounds/voices, hands on the steering wheel in one of the scenes).

I don't know if this qualifies as "artwork," but here we are anyway:
Image
Eggman's mech walker in SA2, designed to accommodate one Lego man. I got the idea in my head when I came home from work and couldn't rest until I'd built it. It's weird, because I haven't touched my Lego collection in years.
Photo #2
Photo #3
I tried to make it as accurate as possible while considering that I didn't have certain important pieces of the correct color. Anyway, I rather like how it turned out. As you may gather from looking, both the cockpit and the missile launcher swivel like they do in the game. The legs were tricky to work out, but I came as close as I think I'm going to get to making them bend like they're supposed to. None of the upgrades are equipped (and never will be unless I feel like abusing myself some more) except for the bazooka, just because I think it looks cool. Hope you guys like.
