Which Sonic character should do a solo game without Sonic?

Espio is begging for his own game. The game would be about how Espio became a ninja and whatnot. If they could flesh out the ninja tactics, while still maintaining the Sonic cartoon charm it could be something very unique. Walking up walls to reach certain areas, turning invisible for spying in on enemies, and having cross-hairs come up on screen to shoot shirukins to get past puzzles and snipe out enemies.

Cause you know, the world needs another ninja game.

It does need another GOOD ninja game. Really, aside from Tenchu, I-Ninja, and Ninja Gaiden - there really aren't any. And when you compare those three franchises to the swelling sea of crappy ninja games - it really isn't a lot of ninja quality.

Shinobi 3 on the Genesis was good, solid, 2D ninja excellence.

I was deprived of a Super Nintendo and a Megadrive when I was young. I didn't even own a Sonic game until Sonic Jam came out, and even then that was like a year or so after it came out.

Well... yes, but that doesn't keep it from being classified as a 'ninja' game. Unless the Samurai genre opened up and I wasn't aware of it.

Shinobi 3 was freakin' awesome. Screw Ninja Gaiden, man. Shinobi 3 is everything I wanted a Ninja game to be.

Amy would be the precocious teenager (just like those Sailor Moons);
Cream would be the pedophilan fantasy (like Sakura Card Captors);
Tikal would be the innocent adult (like Yuna in Final Fantasy X);

These people should've been on 5chan before it was killed. That was pretty much all the Furry board was full of, from what I saw.

Say, let's change the topic. Back to that Eggman thing. It would be neat if you could commandeer all of the various bots he had control of. As opposed to the lame hovering bit from SA2, he could actually fly in some of them... or, hey, what if you could get your mitts into something really nasty, like the good ol Egg Viper from SA1? Granted, Sonic Team would probably fuck up the controls, but the Eggman factor alone would be neato.

I think they should make an Eggman hentai game. Eggman has to drive around in the spikemobile and find animals to rape. Once he rapes them he has to put them in the container for later use(robotize or rape). It would be ever so fun. And Eggman's new name will be Big Daddy. Then all the Sonic games in Japan will have to use this gnarly name.

As for a game without Sonic... I'm gonna have to agree with gr4yJ4Y on this one. Espio's the only one that I could see having a solo game without Sonic, besides Tails and Knuckles.

I like it; it's a nice turn upon the old "knight rescues princess" shtick, and it's in contrast to "Sonic the Hedgehog CD".
