And I never knew PD had an anime, but well, in that time there were OVAs of Chrono Trigger, Sonic himself, Final Fantasy and so on, so maybe it's not that special.

It's not that special when it sucks as hard as the PD one does. I can't recomend watching it for any reason. It's not even spectacularly bad, it isn't even worth watching to find out just how bad it is. It disappoints on every level. The CG graphics look worse (or at least choppier) than the Saturn graphics.

But, even if it's not, it's better than a loli panty shot gracing one's screen.

BTW, I stumbled upon this site. It seems to chronicle the entirety of Panzer Dragoon Saga in video form. I wouldn't watch the whole thing since I still want to play the game myself, but heck, watch the first video or two, just to get your feet wet.

...I'm guessing either this is a case of bad fashion sense, or a character get-up from One Peice. Either way, I'd probably wear that get-up just to get the WTF reactions from random people. *laughs*
