Umm. Yeah. Obviously I'm a Sonic fan or else I wouldn't exactly be here, now would I? I've been a fan since I was about seven or eight. I was introduced through AoSTH, discovered SatAM and Archie, and the rest is pretty much history. I seen all and love all versions of Sonic and generally try to keep an open mind, though I gotta admit a personal bias for SatAM. I never got a chance to really play the original Genesis games unfortunately (and if you tell me to get an emulator I'm gonna smack you). I grew up with a Game Gear and all the Sonic games for it. My favorite Sonic game of all time is Triple Trouble. I swear I played that game so much I actually fried the cart to where it doesn't work right anymore @__@ Yet ironically I was so bad at it I didn't realize my favorite character was in it for years and years until I found out online. Ha, talk about irony.
Speaking of, my favorite character is Metal Sonic with whom I show no subtle favoritism toward. Trust me, I can get QUITE obnoxious over him, so feel free to slap me across the face when I'm getting too crazy. Although I can't guarantee the condition your hand'll be in when you draw it back.

Umm. What else is there... Oh yes, I should talk a little about me personally, shouldn't I? Let's see. I own, operate and make designs for a custom t-shirt screenprinting and embroidery company, though right now my business is kinda, um, not in business seeing as how I moved to a new house last year and I need to have an extension built onto the house before I can set my equipment up. In the meantime I'm leeching off my parents who're currently working on setting up a half-way house; basically a friendly environment rehabilitation home for guys who've committed minor crimes that'll allow them to have a job and function about as normal as anyone can be without being in their actual home.
Anyway, enough about my job or lack thereof. I'm a freelance <a href="http://jamieswiftrunner.deviantart.com/">artist</a> as well as a <a href="http://www.fanfiction.net/~jamiealee">writer</a> (Though you may wanna steer clear my FF.net account, old shit I need to re-write/fix up badly) as well as an occasional <strike>emo</strike> poet. I've had my poetry published (as well as received minor awards for it) and I do artwork for hire.
I'm also a martial artist and have trained in a variety of styles. My former dominant style was Goju Shorei where I made it as far as first degree brown felt (two degrees away from black). I've also taken bits of Shoulyn Kung-Fu and Akido. Currently I'm taking both Tae Kwon Do and Hap Ki Do, though I've only been at this dojang for about a month (I've been out of practice for a few years due to medical reasons). I used to compete regularly in tournaments and was in fact the champion in sparring for my age and rank for about four years straight on the RSKC circuit, my last year snagging me first place in kata (almost had weapons too). Martial arts is a very big and important part of my life obviously. Funny fact: One year at the Bluegrass Nationals I watched a guy compete in musical kata on the center stage to "They Call Me Sonic". Lord knows what kept me shrieking with laughter. I really wish I could have caught up with that guy and talked to him afterward, ha.

Umm. Let's see. What else is there... Oh yeah, I'm a really big fan of Slayers, One Piece, Legacy of Kain, NiGHTS into Dreams and... a bunch of other stuff. If you want me to list everything we'll be here all night and I won't even remember it all XD

My interests include things like psychology, behaviorism and forensic science. I'm also an obsessively big fan of werewolves and vampires.

I've been lurking around for quite some time now, and this forum has had a revolutionary effect on my life. Too many months ago I would've been reading this forum saying "ZOMG THEY DON'T LIKE NARUTO!?" or "ZOMG SONIC ADVENTURE 2 IS THE BEST GAME EVER!", but this forum has taken my world, turned it upside-down, and fried it in its giant skillet of pure eliteness. You have changed the way I look at message boards as well. I have become accustomed to your witty and sarcastic comments. Never have I seen such non-dogmatic ways of expressing opinions, and thoughts so rational. No other forum will ever be the same, and I think you should all spread your awesomeness to the world. Showing people the same light I have so gratefully been blessed with.

I will try my best to fit in around here. I may not have an expansive vocabulary, but I will try to fake sophititisticated language as best as I can. Actually, most of the words I use that contain more than 6 letters are most likely from my 8th grade vocabulary book. After I've been here long enough, I may just try my hand at your jokes, but will most likely fail horribly. Anyways, I've used three of this weeks vocabulary words in this post. Thats three extra credit points too. Just thought I would point it out.

I haven't been here in a while, not since my first topic. I've been doing stuff, not a very plausible excuse for ignoring the posts in my topic I guess. Thanks for all the suggestions in that topic by the way. I'll be posting here from now on.
