This is a great time waster. It's basically a virtual blank flipbook. The options are more limited than MS Paint but it's still a lot of fun to see what crappy little animations you can make.

Here's my best effort so far. Give it a try!

all you can do is draw, atleast the previous picture is visible so you can trace it.

I need a wacom tablet.

All this mouse drawing makes me so badly want a Wacom tablet.
