I guess I'll say something meaningless and pointless about "No fucking way am I paying $600 for a first gen Sony product that will be glitched and gimped because they want us to be their damn lab rats", and mybe somebody will comment on such.

Oh, and I heard that the gimped $500 version can't be fully upgraded later on down the road. Meaning, if you don't shell out the full $600, then you're gimped for the life of your system.

I don't think you're going to have to worry about many (if any at all) new titles using the Classic controller because the remote is pretty much the only reason for anyone to develop for Wii and is essentially the entire point of the system. It appears they only really created this for use with the old games on the virtual console download service, there's been no word if it's even going to ship with the system or not either but it's seeming unlikely.
Using that "Remote" thing wont be complicated for games that aren’t basic games you can play with two buttons and the directional controller?

As I were suspecting, Wii games wiil be a collection of mini-games you can play for two minutes, so you won't stress your body. Maybe it sounds pretty LAAAZZY, but, aren't the games supossed to fill free, spare time, so you can relax while still not boring yourself? Sorry to any wiitards there, but this' balls cancer.

Yeah, I believe a Sony rep confirmed that earlier. GAY.

I bet the price for the PS3 will be dropped to 4 and 500 by the next holiday season. However, I have no doubt the PS3 will sell out when it launches, considering how much the 360's were going for weeks and maybe even months after they came out on eBay.

^Sucks to see a market where hardly no one cares about Sonic, huh?
Professor Kawashima (Brain Age)
As a disembodied head? I agree.

Also, he should be able to shoot lasers from his eyes.

You make an excellent point there. I guess the only things that're infinite are the universe and human stupidity. I just hope some people can make a large sum of money off of the stupid ones again.

Megaman's had enough fighting game exposure, and he was damn near worthless.

They need to get Pyramid Head. It's no more out of place than Snake, and it seems like it'd be an easy transition into a fighting game.

He has a knife AND a spear.

Yeah, but if he did make it, his sword and spear would be rubber and he would wear clean clothes...without blood.
Theyre looking for characters that "Fit in" what standards are those? I dont know. Lets hope they trow Sonic, I want to see Sonic on a high quality fun game again. Lots of Nintendo fans dont want this to happen though, funny because many Sonic fans are now Nintendo based, so theres division between Nintendo purists and Nintega fans.

They say Snake wont have guns, but will use the box instead...heh, Im not sure if I heard he'll also use bombs.

When Melee came out, apparently there was a similar list that included Saki from Treasure's Sin and Punishment as a wanted character. Moreso than the character though, I just wanted there to be a background in a city that's slowly sinking into an ocean of blood spewing from out of the severed arm socket of giant (and angry) monster.

... What has happened to us?
It was really the end of an era, I just can't get used to it, still sounds like a travesty...

OK, continue with the topic...

There's a new interview with Iwata it reveals some new stuff about wii.
 • It really is small
 • demos can be downloaded over-night and sent to ones DS
 • The "Virtual Console" will compete with Xbox live-arcaide

Let's say your Wii is connected to the Internet in a mode that allows activation on a 24-hour basis.
Fortunaly, it's not.

The Wii reminds me of the Honda Supercub allot.

They both:
 • cost little
 • are easy to use
 • have a friendly image
See?

allot (al·lot)
tr.v., -lot·ted, -lot·ting, -lots.
To parcel out; distribute or apportion: allotting land to homesteaders; allot blame.
To assign as a portion; allocate: allotted 20 minutes to each speaker.

I don't know if this is true or not but there's a few new Smash Bros. Brawl details here. The worst thing is that apparently Bowser Jr. will be added to the line up. As well as him they've also added Ridley and Cel-Shaded Link and dropped the original Young Link, Mr G&W and the Ice Climbers.

From what I've read this all just rumor though. Masashiro Sakurai supposedly revealed all this on a Japanese radio show. It hasn't been officially confirmed.

I don't mind cel-shaded Link (I like Wind Waker), but Bowser Jr. can go screw himself. I still want more exposure of the seven Koopa Kids, so there.

Agreed, I never got the point of the little fucker, one moment he's a young Bowser, the next he is Bowser's kid, CONTROVERSY!

The original "Baby Bowser" was Bowser as a kid, but the new "Bowser Jr." is Bowser's kid. The former is obviously infinitely better than the latter.

At this point though I don't think we'll se seeing too much of the original Koopa kids again in the future.

The koopa kids had a brief appearance at the end of SuperStar Saga.

I don't think Nintendo has forgot about them.
