I wonder if she wears that makeup by choice or if she's being tested on by a cosmetics company.

funny she doesn't look like the alchoholic i remeember her as. in fact she looks very orginized, loke she actualy might take care of cream. Bringing in to question cream's father, or lack there of. i also like how vanilla looks slightly Victorianish.

Pretty good job, but I've never been a big fan of that colouring style.

I'd post a screencap from the Sonic CD opening where Sonic looks up at the chained little planet and he has an obvious neck, but I'm too lazy.

Also, their swelled heads should be snapping on their tiny necks.

I still commend the character designers for making a decent female form out of Sonic's paltry 2 1/4 heads height. Uekawa's designs are a full head taller, just over 3 heads, thus much kinder to the girls.

I still commend the character designers for giving Sonic four fingers and a beer belly.

I thought he had five fingers in the SatAM version, and four on the weekday, snydicated version? Inconsistent animators.

The beer belly is one of the many reasons I prefer the Adventure/Advance art style, which was tragically ruined by Sonic X.

I commend the artists for making Sonic blink his pupils rather than his eyes.

No, you are thinking of Sonic Underground. He had five fingers there.

Well, they did it in the OVA too...
Is it really so hard for people to accept the peach eyelids?

I'm still having trouble getting used to the blue eyelids in the newer games.

I don't really like the eyelids at all. I prefer it when Sonic's eye expressions are done by moving his entire brow up and down.

Wouldn't that look weird if he closed his eyes?

That's the point though, he doesn't need to close his eyes.

Strange thing I've noticed: Up until Advance Sonic never blinked during gameplay(or waiting animations).
OH SHIT! THAT'S THE PROBLEM WITH THE NEW GAMES IT'S SO OBVIOUS NOW!
Edit: No....wait. Damn, I know that I'm wrong but I can't think of the particular place I saw him blink. Someone please post it so I can get it off my mind.

Wow. How many elbows does this guy have, anyway?
Hafta say I prefer the full eyelids over the blinky pupils or the rubber forehead. Also, I prefer fleshy-coloured eyelids over blue. It all just makes more sense to me.
